The Chamber recognised that they needed to upgrade their lighting in the offices and corridors, due the high ceilings and the poor light that the existing fittings gave, also some of fitting were failing and in need of replacing.

The existing mixture of T8 70W 6ft and T8 58W 5ft tube lighting was flickering and failing, leaving the office with very poor light to work under. The other issue was, because of the flickering the staff had complained of headaches
